Every Purplexa user has a trust score that reflects their behavior on the platform. Your score increases when you have positive interactions, complete conversations, and spend time on the platform. It decreases if you are reported or violate community guidelines. A higher trust score unlocks better matches and additional privileges.

During any video chat, you can click the report button to flag a user for inappropriate behavior. You can also block a user instantly to prevent any further contact. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, with AI assistance to prioritize urgent cases.

When a user is reported, our moderation team reviews the report with AI assistance. Depending on the severity, the reported user may receive a warning, a temporary ban of increasing duration, or a permanent ban for serious violations. The reporter is never identified to the reported user.

Maintaining streaks earns you bonus PRPLX points and unlocks streak-exclusive rewards. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero — unless you have a streak shield from a subscription plan.

The season pass is a limited-time progression system that runs during special events. By completing challenges and chatting during the season, you earn season points that unlock exclusive rewards, badges, and cosmetics. Each season has a unique theme and reward track.
